I believe this omelette was called the southern... Sausage, onion, potatoes and cheese omelette covered in sausage gravy with toast. Delicious!

Heard bisq n gravey was awesome, we found nothing special about them. Waitress needs a new job, another waitress was helping us. Not very happy. There was food on the floor by our booth.
